Dear Colleagues,
It is our great pleasure to invite you to attend the Auxin 2012 meeting, to be held December 9-14, 2012 at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, The Big Island of Hawaii, USA (http://auxin.hawaii-conference.com/). Since 2000, the auxin meetings have been held every 4 years and have built up a reputation of combining excellent science with exotic yet affordable locations. Our new venue promises to maintain these high standards and allows many interactions during plenary lectures and poster presentations. Four days of intensive science with a (non-exclusive) focus on the role of auxin in plant biology will be supplemented by an opportunity to visit the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park for a day.
Thirty top scientists including Joanne Chory, Philip Benfey, and Masao Tasaka in the auxin-related field have already agreed to speak at the “Auxin 2012” meeting. This is a great opportunity for students and postdocs to update their knowledge on the most important hormone.
